Inspired Living

I really wanted to create a sacred gathering place for people to come and meditate on their lives. I want to pull in all the people who have inspired me with their words and ideas, with the way they lived their lives. I wanted to share what has been meaningful on my journey. But why share my journey? I think everyone has something to say, something to share and this is my way of sharing what is true and real for me and in my life.

I think I have had a lot of unusual and diverse things that have shaped who I am. I want to share what I’ve learned in hopes it makes discovering more parts of your authentic self a little easier. The whole goal is to be who you really are and live an authentic life centered from that place of deep knowing. I honestly believe this kind of search heals the soul and has a positive effect on everyone we come into contact with along the way.

Jung said, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who we really are.” And that is really what this blog is about, making clearer the options available to become whole and authentic. There needs to be a place that is safe to explore what we really want, to become who we really are, and to have some quiet time. Time away from all the culture and media telling us what we ought to be. A place to ruminate instead of being constantly on the move. I want to offer hope. Hope that their is another way to be. A way to really be in our lives. I want to be a big yes to the uniqueness of our lives!

I hope this blog offers new insights that open up other possibilities of being. I hope it’s a breath of fresh air. This blog is really an opportunity for me to be my real self. To talk about what matters to me and hopefully some of the same things matter to you too! It’s a big cyber hug. Because it’s meant to be warm, real, and full of new life, new possibilities. A place to explore options or ideas that may be very foreign now. A cyber retreat. A place to go when you’re weary of the day to day grind, or of the unending materialism that never fills the void. I want it to be a place to spark and inspire a beautiful inner transformation.

We all need a place where we can be truly who we are, a place to honor and embrace all the unique pieces of our self. A place to plant the seed for a new way of being, a new way of living.

May your soul take root,

kb
